I worked three years for Valeo as a Group Purchasing Coordinator and Commodity Buyer. During my tenure I developed international negotiation with suppliers (direct and indirect purchasing) and was actively involved in sourcing process analysis and improvement for the low cost sourcing. Previously, I worked in a variety of areas including consulting firm and telecommunications. My varied experience, coupled with my international education and multicultural background, have allowed me to quickly diagnose the sources of resistance that multinational organizations face in implementing spend management initiatives, and to help such organizations gain buy-in and consequently improve their bottom line.

I joined Ariba in January 2006 as an Engagement Manager in the diversified manufacturing, automotive and telecom sector helping clients adopt e-sourcing tools and processes for their overall spend portfolio. My responsibilities included conducting spend management assessments, developing sourcing program plans, facilitating change management within the procurement organization and coordinate the mission delivery of our Global Sourcing Organization team.
