* Coordination and follow up of audit / engineering visit within the property damage / business interruption insurance program frame, by expert engineers, in industrial and logistics sites.
* Support to divisions'operational departments for efficient ressources allocation on most esposed sites.

* International network coordination: quarterly meetings, trainings, ISO 14001, reporting and consolidation of environmental key performance indicators.
* Implementation and follow up of a worldwide compliance audit plan for more than 200 factories.
* Implementation of internal benchmarking and networking to roll out environmental management systems (ISO 14001, Integrated QSE ones).
* Integration of environmental stakes in merger and acquisition projects .
* Risk mappings and environmental crisis management.
* Internal and external communication: Environmental intranet, practical and operational guidelines, annual reports, sustainable development and environment reports (several times awarded), relationships with ethical funds.* Member of the “Danone Way” steering committee, strategic project in Groupe DANONE to implement in-house and worldwide sustainable development commitments.
