After gaining a degree in Civil Engineering, I joined Eiffage, a major French housebuilding and civil contractor having businesses in 25 countries, where I acted as a junior M&A analyst. Then I got a MBA from ESSEC business school and joined the investment banking arm of Credit Agricole as an associate in the Equity Capital Markets dpt. There, I originated many deals (IPOs, tender offers, fund raising, privatizations)with French corporates ranging from mid caps to large caps. About 6 years ago, I joined the Finance Dpt of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux, a top name in Utilities and I actively participated in many prominent M&A deals as well as their financing. In the wake of Suez' downturn and concerns about Suez liquidity, I implemented some structured transactions (ABS, lease, ...) but also sold large assets mainly to private equity houses and restored faith to the bond and loan markets.

I am now Finance and Treasury Manager of the SigmaKalon Group , a worlwide player in protective and decorative coatings. Sigmakalon was spun off from Total in a leveraged buy out transcation by Bain Capital.
