- Full scope audits (14 processes audited: purchasing, treasury, project finance, HR, tendering, stocks, fixed assets, sales & orders, etc.);
- Follow-ups of "not satisfactory" audits;
- Special missions: functionnal reviews (sourcing, IT).
Scope: worldwide, all Alstom sectors (Power, Power Service, Transport).

Active involvement in the development of Audit tools: work programs, databases, standard presentation template.

Training received on Project Finance.

Sector: Industry

1. Audit missions in the international subsidiaries of the Group: control of the reliability of financial reporting and of the compliance with the internal procedures (fixed assets, inventories, sales and risk management, purchases, treasury, HR, etc.)

2. Consultancy services: follow-up of the appointment and analysis of the external auditing costs in the Group subsidiaries, participation in the drawing up of a “Guide of good practices”, etc.

3. Analysis and planning of the department activities.

Sector: Health Care and pharmaceutical

1. Banking sector monitoring:
- Periodical publication: annual review and monthly newsletter (trends of the sector, main players, laws and regulations, special issues, etc.),
- Bank risks assessment and recommendations for Coface (the French export credit agency) risk committee (in the case of export finance projects with Russian banks participation),
- Replies to companies and banks request, for example, in the case of a CIS banking market prospecting.

2. Analysis of economic situation and trends in Russia and the CIS:
- Publication of documents for public information,
- Notes and telegrams for French officials and French administrators in International Organizations in order to prepare meetings and conferences;
- Networking (local economists and officials).

3. Analytical research: monetary and exchange policy, balance of payments, structural reforms, financial markets, investments, etc.
