As an IT engineer, I advise customers of their IT organisation (IT governance - COBIT, ISO 20000) and assist in ITIL processus implementation. I created and developed profit centres, recruited and managed technical teams ranging between 4 and 30 employees. With technical skills under my belt, I successfully developed financial and business management, sales and human resources skills. Throughout my career I have continuously managed project design, development and evolution, keeping in mind customer requirements, technical and supplier constraints. I prospected, negotiated and sold industrial products and IT services. I organised and optimized processes and projects in order to increase productivity, guarantee durability and profitability throughout all my activities.
