I have been based in The Silicon Valley for more than 15 years as a Journalist-Analyst covering technology and business for major French publications.
In 2004, I co-founded the magazine Cités Numériques of which I am Editor in Chief. This magazine is about french municipalities and territories dealing with Digital technologies, Internet high speed acces, mobility and e-administration. It targets elected people and decision makers in France.

Since 2000, I have been the US correspondent for L’informaticien, a monthly magazine for MIS managers and developers in France.
Prior to this, I have been technology correspondent in the US for La Tribune, and the permanent correspondent in the US for Compatible PC Mag, SVM and 01 Informatique. I also published in many magazines, newspaper or TV channels in France.

Along with my publishing activities, I have been an analyst, consultant and business development for french companies (large or small), organizations or goverments. My focus is emerging technologies, wireless technologies and all technologies related to mobility.

Recently, I have been involved in one of the first WiMax Network implementation in France by "Pays des Vals de Saintonge", around the city of St Jean D'Angely.

In France, prior to my coming to the US, I have been Editor of several French computer magazines as Temps Micro and Decision Informatique.
