Project Coordinator - present responsibilities comprise engineering activities directly involving Renault Trucks and Lear Romania.; Transfer Coordinator of the production from Spanish site to the Romanian factory - industrial equipment transfer, activities of planning and start-up of the new products; Project Investments planning.
As Customer liaison – responsible of customer needs & requirements analysis, to better understand Renault Trucks strategy and fulfill their requirements; Customer Relationship Manager for the entire relational chain (serial products, spare parts, and reverse logistics), from the Customer Order point to the final product on base of common partnership strategy.
R&D Manager– responsible of new projects and products development delivered to Dacia-Renault Group (automotive wire-harnesses); Responsible of Romanian resources engagement and optimal use in cross functional projects.
As Non-Product Buyer – responsible of non-product multinational procurement, as well as global contracts negotiation; planning and implementing purchasing with a focus on business impact, people and processes; to perform effectively and improve supply management by driving efficient communication and guidelines between local suppliers & global European network; I’ve been responsible of overcapacity outsourcing, yearly operations and activity scheduling; supervision and monitoring of all subcontracting services for the warehousing activities and finish goods deliveries.
