1. I have worked for the Global HR Department named “HRSSC” – Human Resources Shared Services Centre, which is the 1st Global HR Project started in the world by a Multi National Bank – Standard Chartered Bank. I have worked on Peoplesoft, which is the leading software for Human Resources Applications (HRMS).

2. I’m a Consultant for Sniperhire – eRecruitment Platform, which is the 1st eRecruitment software that is developed in the Middle East (Dubai).

3. I have developed the e-Recruitment process maps and training manuals for the entire Sniperhire – eRecruitment software.

4. As a Recruitment System Expert – I review the existing recruitment processes of clients and re-design them to the new eRecruitment process. I train and certify all Recruitment staff (new clients) on Sniperhire e-Recruitment.
