Currently and since April 2005 Lexmark Consultant - Printer Sales Support for Home and small Businesses (HSB) LEXMARK INTERNATIONAL (For Dell Computer Corporation “EMEA Imaging & Printing” team) • Managing Printer Product Category for the HSB segment, planning and co-ordinating promotional, sales and marketing activities for Dell to hit printer targets defined on a quarterly basis. • Interface with Printer COC/Brand Managers to understand product road maps: product launches, product needs/requests, supply/demand. • Sales training - Identify sales training needs per segment and run continuous training programmes to meet business requirements focusing on main products - Liaise with sales coaches to ensure introduction of printers in sales scripts - Use rep reports to follow up low performers/target sales teams • Weekly review with EMEA BM/S&P Brand Manager to cover HSB activity plan and deliver a general strategy to drive/recover printer units, revenue and margin targets per segment and category • Work with EMEA Brand Manager/COC Pricing team to price correctly. Follow up competitor pricing/ WAPPs, and recommend actions to recover. • Co-ordinate any Lexmark funding requirements to drive business where appropriate and run local incentives. |
