After a one year internship, I've been hired as a System and Network Administrator in a FRONT to BACK Office environment.
My job is to cover the following tasks:

- Technical and software suppport for FRONT/MIDDLE/BACK OFFICE users
- Network management including troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Cisco switches and routers configuration
- Administrating Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange 2003
- Upgrade and maintenance of servers including Informatica v8, Hyperion Essbase v9, INTEX and PAM for Securities (on Novell plateform)
- Set up and administration of a Citrix farm
- Supporting the traders with Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters and EBS
- Project planned and executed Disaster Recovery tests
- Support of the company’s security utilizing Checkpoint, Sophos, ClearSwift, Websense
- Administration of the backup rotation solution

Sector: Finance

3 months internship in Phnom Penh, Cambodia:
- Preparation of the curriculum with a major in systems and network
- Definition of the teaching methods and planning
