IC Resources was established in 1999 in response to a need for a recruitment consultancy to be an active, contributing member of the semiconductor community, as opposed to simply a supplier to it.
We have hired new consultants from within our network of candidates, and have expanded our operations to cover permanent and contract recruitment for jobs in semiconductors, software and systems globally.
We’re proud of our track record of helping to grow start ups that reach IPO or successful trade sale – much to the delight of the candidates we’ve placed there! Many of the industry’s leading blue chips are also key clients. We have the privilege of being the first and often only “recruitment port of call” to a wide range of candidates, and enjoy sole or preferred recruitment supplier status with a range of partners, extending from the UK, Nordics and mainland Europe to as far a field as North America, the Far East and Dubai.
Clients and candidates often call upon us for general advice as opposed to about specific vacancies or jobs.
I began my career as an Engineer. I have implemented market entry strategies for hi-tech products into Europe and managed multi-million dollar global accounts.
I then completed an MBA with Distinction from MBS, following which I went to work for Merrill Lynch in various aspects of Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance. In 2002 I left to create Advisar Associates and joined IC Resources in 2005.
