- Setting up of an operations control team to comply with financial regulator requirement
- Tools mapping of investment bank’s information systems to obtain IT strategic overview
- Implementation of a spread P&L for the Markets Risk team to improve risk model

From October 2002 to August 2004

- Key Kondor+ (Reuters) support role for Front to Back users: daily users assistance for functional and technical issues
- Upgrade of Kondor+ v1.9 to v2.0 for each Asia – Pacific sites: tests and update of reports, coordination with the global Kondor+ team and the local systems team, users training
- Identify new requirements, working with end users, to design the functional specifications
- Define the requirements to develop an interface between Kondor+ and Back Office system
