Any member can create a private or public forum.

Private forums are only visible to the forum members. The forum manager can invite other members and validate applications to join.

Public forums are visible and open to all members. Some public forums require validation from forum managers depending on the forum settings.

Forums are private by default. Click 'Make public' and the forum will be public within 24 hours.
